Rather friendly winter weather with longer sunny periods will set in on Saturday. The next bad weather front will reach our area from northwest on Sunday. The sky will soon cloud over again and new snowfalls will occur. Moreover, it will remain wintry cold and mostly freezing during the day. More settled conditions will approach at the beginning of next week and the snow shower clouds will move on eastwards. Subsequently, the wind will turn to the west and even to southwest towards midweek. Hence, it will become milder again and longer sunny spells are expected affected by a brief high-pressure area. Towards midweek, it will become even foehny and the temperatures will be slightly too high for the season with a mostly dry mix of sunshine and heavy clouds.
