Medium difficulty hike from the Jamtalhütte mountain lodge over the Kronenjoch ridge to the Heidelberger Hütte mountain lodge
Description
Starting from the Jamtalhütte lodge, which can be reached by lodge taxi, this high-alpine tour leads along the Breites Wasser stream in the direction of Finanzer-Stein and afterwards further up to the Kronenjoch, from where you can enjoy far-reaching panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The long descent leads first over small rocks and alpine meadows down into the Fimbatal valley and ends at the Heidelberger Hütte lodge, which is an ideal place to stop for refreshments. You can take the lodge taxi back to Ischgl comfortably, although the route can also be covered on foot.
With the railway station in Landeck, the Paznaun is optimally connected to the Austrian train network. From Landeck-Zams station, only a short bus ride separates you from the Paznaun. Every half hour, line bus 260 runs from there through the valley. Bus stop: Galtür Dorfplatz
