R.1b Route Vermunt 2: Bielerhöhe

The 9.3-kilometre route leads from Baggerloch to Bielerhöhe with a steep serpentine climb. Stunning glacier views await at the top.

The Vermunt Route 2 stretches 9.3 kilometres from Baggerloch to Bielerhöhe at 2035 metres, the highest point of the trail network. It follows the Silvretta reservoir and concludes with a steep serpentine climb to the dam. At the top, you are rewarded with breathtaking views of the snow-covered glaciers of the Silvretta. Downstream, the route connects to Vermunt Route 1, while upstream, it links to the Silvretta high-altitude trails.
