The delightful start of the Culinary Paznaun 2026

The Culinary Paznaun is a summer event series in the mountains, where renowned top chefs and the #YoungChefsPaznaun create culinary experiences in selected huts in Paznaun. In July and August, the hut festivals take place, where exclusive dishes made from regional ingredients are served – from newly interpreted classics to creative gourmet creations.

The Summer Opening in Ischgl marks the official start of this culinary series.
On this evening, all dishes that will be cooked as part of the hut festivals 2026 will be presented. Instead of being spread out over several dates, visitors can sample all creations in the form of small tastings – gathered at one location, in one evening.

The space in front of the Cultural Center St. Nikolaus transforms into a culinary mile: culinary highlights, matching wine pairings, and musical entertainment make the Summer Opening the perfect introduction to the culinary mountain summer in Paznaun.

Thus, the Summer Opening serves as the overall culinary preview – and the official kick-off for the hut festivals 2026.
