Mountainrun Paznauner Taja - Idalp - Ischgl

This mountain run is ideal for experienced trail runners who want to experience action, sport and nature at the same time. The route starts at the Silvrettabahn valley station, goes through the village tunnel and over the adventure hike up to the Idalp. From there it goes to Höllkar and after a short ascent to the Sassgalun mountain station, continuing to Paznauner Taja. The way back leads to the middle station, over the ‘Walk of Lyrics’ back to Ischgl.
 

The autoroute (A12 (westbound) or A14 (eastbound)) leads you to the Arlbergschnellstraße (S 16). At the exit for Pians, turn onto the Paznauntalstraße (B 188) and follow its course into the Paznaun.

With the railway station in Landeck, the Paznaun is optimally connected to the Austrian train network. From Landeck-Zams station, only a short bus ride separates you from the Paznaun. Every half hour, line bus 260 runs from there through the valley. Bus stop: Silvrettabahn Ischgl
