The circular trail connecting to the Vorderes Vermunt trail leads through snow-covered lake landscapes. It is perfect for nature lovers.
Description
The Trail Sedlsee is an extension of the Trial Vorderes Vermunt and leads from the start in Wirl around the lakes to an altitude of 1,752 metres. The route runs around the snow-covered Vermunt lakes and offers a romantic, secluded winter landscape between the Ballunspitze and Gorfenspitze peaks. The return route initially follows the same path as the outward route before meeting the starting route through the valley. This route is ideal for nature lovers. Connecting trails down the valley are the Trail Vorderes Vermunt and Trail Zeinis-Kops, while the Trail Bielerhöhe leads up the valley to the Silvretta Reservoir.
With the railway station in Landeck, the Paznaun is optimally connected to the Austrian train network. From Landeck-Zams station, only a short bus ride separates you from the Paznaun. Every half hour, line bus 260 runs from there through the valley. Bus stop: Galtür Wirl/Birkhahnbahn
