New: Sound of the Mountain – New Year's Special Paznaun-Ischgl
For the New Year, a special New Year's Web Radio Program for the Paznaun-Ischgl region will be created in collaboration with the students of HLW Landeck. The approximately five-hour program accompanies guests and locals on December 31 starting at 7:00 PM through the New Year's Eve night.

• Moderation and contributions by HLW students with stories, facts, and news from the region
• A look back at 30 years of “Top of the Mountain” concerts and a preview of the winter season 2025/26
• Musical accompaniment
• Highlights: Sound fireworks at 11:00 PM in Galtür as well as at 0:00 AM in Mathon and Ischgl

Galtür

• New Year's Web Radio Program + sound fireworks via QR code
• 10:15 PM: Torch run by the Galtür ski school, festive speeches at the village square, musical accompaniment by the local band
• 11:00 PM: Sound fireworks

Ischgl & Mathon

• New Year's Web Radio Program + sound fireworks via QR code and musical accompaniment of the fireworks in both locations
• Mathon: Ice bar at the church parking lot with midnight prosecco and celebrations for all guests

Kappl
Impressive fireworks at Kohlplatz, opposite the Kappl cable car at midnight 00:00.

New Year's Eve in the Mountains
The Kappl cable cars invite you to an exclusive New Year's special ride at Sunny Mountain Kappl:

• Dia lift: 7:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• Music, drinks & snacks at Sunny’s Fuchsloch
• Midnight prosecco at Sunny Mountain Lake with a view of the fireworks
• Romantic star hike with fire bowls & Danube waltz
• Moonlight sledging for the sporty
• Children's program: Skidoo track & snowcat rides

Lahngang
Large fireworks display by the municipality and local hosts at Lahngang (opposite the cable car)
Visible from the entire town, starting 5 minutes after midnight
