Monitoring and organization of the existing systems
periodic maintenance work
Maintenance and revision work on the cable car and lift systems
Ensuring readiness for use of snow guns, electrical sockets, pumping stations

Apprenticeship

EXPERIENCE THE MOUNTAINSilvapark Galtür is a unique winter sports concept. Six sectors provide the best conditions for skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing. The ski area of Galtür in the Tyrol Alps is well-known for its unique charm. The Galtür people have consciously opted against mass tourism, creating a ski area in the Alps which is natural and family-friendly. Silvapark is also in keeping with this concept. Ski pistes, snow parks, areas for children, slopes and ski tours have been divided into six sectors. Particular value is placed upon the natural surroundings and the mountains and in retaining their natural splendour. The ‘Zwergerlwelt’ and ‘Abenteuerland’ sectors are extras for children in particular. The ‘Actionpark’ is geared towards teenagers and sports-oriented adults; while in ‘Heldenbereich’ expert freestylers and freeriders are very well looked after. ‘Pistenparadies’ provides the best conditions for Alpine skiing and snowboard races, while in the ‘High & Nordic’ sector, ski tours into the high mountains as well as numerous cross-country slopes are on offer. Thanks to this versatility this ski area in Tirol has something to suit everyone.
