Sous Chef (m/f/d)

Hotel Almhof

We are looking for a sous chef for our 4**** superior hotel for the 2025/26 winter season. Application to: Huber Erika, Tel.: +43 664 51 46 443

Organization of daily operations in the half-board and à la carte sectors
Completion of necessary preparatory measures (mise en place)
Production and preparation of the food at the respective station for the
à la carte and half-board areas
Inventory control and management
Cleaning and maintenance of all work equipment
Perform regular cleaning work (hygiene plan).
Preparation and presentation of individual dishes as well as entire menus and buffets, à la carte and according to individual customer wishes, and in the half-board sector
Development and testing of new dishes
Instructions for support staff
Assistance with the planning and execution of events

independent work
good German skills
Professional experience in comparable positions
Warm, open and winning personality & good manners.

Fair pay, 6-day week, free accommodation and meals, independent work, good hotel clientele. The Galtür Crew Card. Free laundry service.
