On 13 and 14 April 2026, the successful Tourism Games by Ischgl event entered its third edition, bringing together a total of 15 teams from Austria, South Tyrol and Germany. The teams, each consisting of five members aged between 16 and 30, took on demanding challenges in the disciplines of cooking, marketing and barkeeping at various locations.

Summer 2026 in Paznaun brings noticeable developments across all four villages: New trails in Galtür and Ischgl, along with high-alpine bike connections, expand the region’s sporting profile, while additional bike & hike routes combine dynamic activity with summit experiences. Modern enhancements to climbing facilities introduce new impulses on the rock. At the same time, Kappl and See are strengthening their family offerings, creating new spaces for active family experiences in the mountains. Paznaun is thus positioning itself even more clearly as a diverse summer destination combining panoramic scenery, movement and alpine quality.

Bright sunshine, cloudless skies, plenty of fresh snow and international beats: at the “Top of the Mountain Easter Concert” on 5 April 2026, the Idalp in Ischgl was transformed into a spectacular open-air stage. Around 22,000 visitors celebrated the launch of “Spring Blanc” – and with it the start of an enjoyable, musical spring in the Alps – with Robin Schulz and the Joker Popart Club amidst perfect slope conditions.

Set against the backdrop of the Tyrolean mountains, the start of summer in Paznaun promises to be a musical experience: at the Summer Opening in See on 27 June 2026, Hansi Hinterseer, together with a line-up of top-class support acts, will provide some truly spine-tingling moments – a celebration brimming with joie de vivre, tradition and alpine charm.

Spring in the Kappl & See ski area combines skiing in the sunshine with a varied programme of events: from ‘Chrislive’ in Kappl and the mountain hut rally in See to the watersurfing contest and the Easter party with the Pfundskerlen. Live music, convivial moments in the huts and action-packed ...

New five-year contract secures international junior championships in Paznaun. Kappl remains a hotspot for the next generation of freeriders. The region will continue to be the venue for one of the most important junior events in international freeride sport.

Spring Blanc in Ischgl combines sunny spring skiing on perfectly prepared slopes with international open-air concerts, culinary experiences, and alpine lifestyle. Between April and May, musical top acts, moments of indulgence above the tree line, and spectacular events meet the spring sunshine of the Silvretta Arena. A season finale between spring snow and the feeling of spring.

In February and April 2026, three interactive children's concerts will transform Silvapark Galtür into a winter stage full of music and movement. Heavysaurus, herrH and Markus Becker invite families to enjoy cheerful sing-alongs, rousing hits and spectacular stage shows. Admission is free – an unforgettable experience for guests of all ages.

A total of ten international teams of artists transformed the Silvretta Arena into a temporary open-air gallery made of snow at the "Shapes in White" 2026 event. The snow sculptures can now be viewed directly on and next to the slopes. First place went to the artist team of Armin Rifesser and Ivan Holzknecht from Italy with their toboggan sculpture "Winter Fun in Ischgl". With its impressive interpretation of the motto "LEGO® meets Sports", the work impressed with its clear design language, playful dynamism and precision craftsmanship. South Tyrol secured a total of three podium places and implemented its artistic concept consistently and convincingly.

The Galtür Nordic Volumes, taking place from 26 to 28 March 2026, will transform Galtür into a stage for sprint professionals, recreational skiers and young talents for three days. Spectacular courses, sporting challenge and an alpine atmosphere make the event one of the most diverse cross-country skiing experiences in the Alpine region – and a strong component of the Tirol³ Nordic Challenge.
